On Sunday March 3rd just before 7:00 a.m. Station 51 was alerted for a motor vehicle collision with possible entrapment in the 200 block of Back River Neck Road. While responding to the scene 911 received additional information stating the driver of the vehicle appeared to be trapped and unresponsive. First arriving units confirmed a single vehicle accident into a pole with one unconscious but no entrapment. Crews on scene immediately began life saving measures and transported the patient to nearby hospital where unfortunately the 64 year old man was pronounced deceased. The Baltimore County Police Department crash team continues to investigate the cause of the accident.
